NYCHF is a gathering of Christians in the healthcare field dedicated to being salt and light in their workplace. This meeting will primarily be small group discussion based and focused on how to flourish as Christians in the healthcare field. We will have discussions about challenges we face as Christians in healthcare such as ethical issues, structural issues that prevent us from flourishing as individuals and providing holistic healthcare to patients, how we can maintain spiritual disciplines while very busy, and what we have found helpful during our different journeys. Our speaker will be Dr. Elaine Eng, who has an inspiring story about her life experiences as someone who lost her vision as an OBGYN resident but then became a psychiatrist who practices in Flushing and also does missions trips throughout the world.

All Christians (or even people of other religions or none at all!) in healthcare are invited (medical/dental students, residents, fellows, attendings, NPs, RNs, PAs, PTs, OTs, and others!).
